What payment methods do you accept? +
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), MobilePay, and bank transfer. All payments are processed securely via Stripe with 3D Secure authentication.
Can I change or cancel my order? +
You have a 1-hour window after placing your order to cancel or make changes. After that, your order enters our fulfillment process and changes may not be possible. Contact us as soon as possible at hello@Balad.dk.
Will I receive an order confirmation? +
Yes — an order confirmation email is sent immediately after your purchase. If you don't see it, check your spam folder or contact us.
Is my payment information secure? +
Absolutely. We never store your card details. All transactions are encrypted and processed through Stripe, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment processor.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does delivery take? +
Within Denmark: 1-2 business days. EU countries: 3-5 business days. Rest of world: 7-14 business days. All orders are dispatched the next business day.
Do you offer free shipping? +
Yes! Orders over 500 KR ship free within Denmark. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Can I track my order? +
Yes, you'll receive a tracking link via email once your order is dispatched. You can also view tracking from your account page.
Do you ship internationally? +
We ship to most countries worldwide. Please note that international orders may be subject to local import duties and taxes, which are the buyer's responsibility.

Is your jewelry hypoallergenic? +
925 sterling silver is naturally hypoallergenic and safe for sensitive skin. Our 18k gold plating is applied over sterling silver (not brass), making it suitable for most skin types. If you have severe metal allergies, please consult your doctor.
Will the gold plating wear off? +
We use a thick 2.5-micron 18k gold plating (vermeil standard), which is 3-5x more durable than standard gold-plated jewelry. With proper care, it should last 2-3 years of daily wear. See our Materials & Care page for tips.
Are your stones real? +
Our stones are premium cubic zirconia — not diamonds, but cut to diamond specifications. We're transparent about this in all product descriptions. CZ offers the same visual brilliance at a responsible price point.

Returns & Warranty
What is your return policy? +
We offer free returns within 30 days of delivery on all unworn items in original packaging. Sale items are final. To initiate a return, log into your account or email us at hello@Balad.dk.
My item arrived damaged. What do I do? +
We're sorry to hear that. Please take a photo of the damage and email it to us within 48 hours of receipt. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund immediately.
Do you offer a warranty? +
Yes. All Balad jewelry comes with a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. This covers faulty clasps, broken links, and stone loss due to setting failure — not damage from wear or misuse.
